01 THIS IS MY STORY.
Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a builder, strategist, and creative innovator dedicated to advancing innovation, reimagining user experiences, and crafting human-centered products that inspire and empower. As an insatiable learner, I thrive on taking on challenges—both professionally and personally—and continuously push boundaries to drive impact.

My foundation in user experience has enabled me to help Fortune 500 companies deliver impactful products and services to users worldwide. At Google, I serve as a Global Senior Program Manager, leading initiatives that unify and amplify user voice insights across 100+ consumer products. My work translates complex ecosystems into cohesive stories—turning data into empathy and insights into innovation. Prior to this, I was part of Accenture's Strategy & Management Consulting Practice, leading engagements across high-tech, life sciences, and healthcare sectors.

But my work is about more than products—it’s about people. I’ve championed initiatives that combine science, business, and creativity to empower communities: from leading the Academy Awards’ Brain & Beauty Art Initiative, to painting large-scale murals (30-40 ft+), to developing the National ACS ResearcHERS Art Campaign in support of women in STEM. I also proudly serve as a Board Member for the American Cancer Society (ACS) LA Central Coast, volunteer with BrightEdge Ventures, advocate as a US Oncology Ambassador with ACS CAN, and contribute to the ACS National Oncology Grant Review Committee.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Neuroscience from UCLA and a Master of Business and Science (MBS) from Keck Graduate Institute (KGI)— a hybrid MBA/MSc program designed for scientists integrating entrepreneurship, business, technology, and medicine. I’ve also completed a Law Certificate in Bioscience Industry Law and Practice at Southwestern Law School and a Certificate in Business & Financial Modeling at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

With Best Regards,

02 PROJECTS & EXPERIENCE.
Across industries, my work has always returned to one truth: innovation is only meaningful when it reflects the voices of its users. Whether integrating AI into patient journeys, converting complex signals into insights that shape product direction, or reimagining commercial launch strategies, my focus is on building systems more intuitive, connected, and human.

In practice, that’s meant leading global initiatives that bring together strategy, design, and operations — aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision of user & product impact. Recent projects have spanned:
-
User Voice & User Experience (UX) Strategy & Operations
-
AI-driven customer experience (AI CX) Integration
-
Global Go-to-Market & Commercial Strategy
-
Human-Centered Design & Analytics
-
Organizational Enablement & Post-Merger Integration
-
Digital Health & Clinical Innovation. Examples of my health initiatives while at Verily can be found here (1,2).

My cross-industry experience bridges health, technology, and design — from biopharmaceutical and biotechnology pioneers to digital health startups, medical device innovators, high-tech enterprises, and consumer brands. This work has extended across the full lifecycle of transformation, from early R&D through market execution and large-scale organizational change.

Therapeutic area experience spans oncology, dermatology, hematology, immunology, infectious diseases, psychiatry/behavioral health, rare diseases, and women’s health. Examples of historic clients and partners include:

03 HEART & HUMANITY.
My journey began far from Silicon Valley — in a rural hospital in Silchar, India, where I volunteered for 4 consecutive summers at Sundari Mohan Seva Bhawan Hospital, assisting in surgeries, delivering medicine to remote villages, and supporting initiatives for the blind, disabled, and underserved.
At 16, I performed my first cholecystectomy (one of over 100 surgeries I've participated in), holding the gallbladder in my hands as a tangible reminder of the work ahead (see photo to the right). Those early experiences shaped everything that came after. I learned that access — to care, opportunity, and innovation — can transform entire communities.
Today, that same drive fuels my work with the American Cancer Society (ACS) — as a Board Member (Central Coast), BrightEdge Ventures contributor, US Oncology Ambassador, and member of the National Oncology Grant Review Committee. I’ve been proud to advocate for equitable cancer care and research, contributing to initiatives that have advanced oncology innovation and expanded access to life-saving treatment.

Since then, my path has taken me from rural operating rooms to Wall Street to Forbes and beyond, but at every turn, my goal has remained the same: tackle the hardest problems, lift others along the way, and leave systems better than I found them. And sometimes, that mission finds its purest form not in the lab or a business room — but on the canvas.

04 ART MEETS ALGORITHM.
That same desire to bridge logic and empathy also shapes my creative life—where art becomes another language for systems, connection, and story. My creative journey formally began as a live artist at the Academy Awards (2013), painting the art wall for the Best Picture Nominee. What started as color on canvas became a lifelong exploration of how art, science, and technology converge to express the human condition.
Over the last 10+ years, my art has evolved into large-scale installations that fuse storytelling, systems thinking, and design — from Medical Waste bio-art installations celebrating molecular biology, to WeWork’s DTLA Innovation & Experience Center, to Claremont Colleges’ Bio-Science Research Installation that visualized the intersection of innovation and science.
Most recently, I led and designed Google Boulder’s 30+ foot AI-inspired mural — a living portrait of the gTech team’s evolution. The work reimagines data loops, neural networks, and fractal systems as a reflection of human creativity — bridging engineering and empathy, logic and color, structure and imagination. My work has been featured in OC Register (2015), Voyage LA’s “LA Artists’ Most Inspiring Stories”(2019), and Forbes Innovation (2025).
Today, my creative practice informs my work as a strategist and leader—blending the rigor of design thinking with the soul of art-making. Whether a mural or a product vision, each project is an act of connection, imagination, and transformation—built to inspire long after the paint dries.
